In order to protect public health, a system must be in place to record, evaluate, and review complaints about defective drugs and, where necessary, to effectively and promptly remove drugs for human use and investigational drugs from the distribution chain.

This training course provides a comprehensive overview of the current regulatory requirements in Europe and North America applicable to drug recalls and complaints, and defines the keys to operational implementation.
